Applicants can request a refund on their order by writing to us at support@gcms-notes.ca.
Refunds can only be provided for orders which are NOT in ‘processing’ or ‘available to download’ or ‘delivered’ status. Check your order status here.
Most refunds are processed within 2 business days of request.
The refunded amount might exclude a small credit card processing fee charged by payment gateways.
